this gift certificate constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. The

signature of either the showroom manager or store owner(s) along with the

signature of the redeeming person are required to validate the authenticity of the

certificate/voucher. The certificate / voucher expires one (1) year or 365 days

from issuance, whichever comes first. This certificate is not to be resold, re-produced, or traded. If lost, stolen, or destroyed a new voucher will not be issued.
